240z Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by the 240z platform. Continued use of this platform constitutes your full agreement to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 240z's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to discontinue use of the 240z platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 240z platform. This platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. By registering or using our services, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
240z reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The registered name must match the name of the bank account holder used for transactions.
- 240z reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts without providing reasons if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of these Terms.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details.
- All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you were the one who carried it out.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 240z support team immediately and change your password.
- Sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members, is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all their activities on the platform comply with the applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited.
- Users are not permitted to use automation software, bots, or any other technical means to exploit or interfere with the platform's systems.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, transactions, or system data is a serious violation that may result in account closure and legal action.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 240z platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Available deposit methods include FPX (online banking for all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local methods listed in the platform's Wallet section.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance immediately for most methods. For any issues involving deposits not credited within a reasonable time, contact the support team and include proof of transaction (reference number, screenshot, or payment slip).
Withdrawals to a Malaysian bank account may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- The bank account name must match the name registered on your 240z account.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for standard bank transfers.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 hours, depending on the selected method and the time the request is submitted.
- 240z reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals.
The platform is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the user.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
240z shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, business disruption, data loss, or damages resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party actions.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and we make no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or technical errors.
240z reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
- Multiple account registrations
- Attempts to exploit the system or games
- Providing false information during registration
All content on the 240z platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of 240z or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content without prior written consent from 240z.
5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

The 240z platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers, game suppliers, and customer support platforms. These links or integrations are provided for user convenience only. 240z is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of third parties separately before using their services.
Changes to These Terms
240z reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time at the platform's sole discretion. Notice of changes will be published on the website, and users will be notified via email or in-platform notification when material changes occur. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 240z platform shall be resolved through the appropriate legal process under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts in resolving any such disputes.
